Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, learned Advocate General assisted by Ms.
P. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has informed
that a Special Leave Petition has been filed against the impugned judgment.
However, Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Abir Baran,
learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the SLP is lying in defect though
90 days period to cure the defect has already passed.
Learned Advocate General prays for and is allowed 3(three)
weeks' time to file a show-cause.
Let the matter appear on 24.02.2025.
