This application is filed to condone delay of two days in filing this

appeal challenging the judgment of the learned Single Judge dt. 11.07.2025

passed in WP(C) No.372 of 2025.

Mr. P. Gautam, counsel appearing for the respondents, states that

he has no objection to the condonation of delay.

Accordingly this application is allowed, and the delay in filing the

appeal is condoned.

Admit the Writ Appeal.

Respondents are directed to file a Counter Affidavit to the Writ

Petition since no such Counter Affidavit was filed before the learned Single

Judge.
