This present interlocutory application has been filed for

passing an interim order staying the operation of the Judgment and Order

dated 31.01.2025 passed by this the Hon'ble Single Judge in WP(C)

No.236 of 2024 till disposal of the writ appeal.

Heard and perused the evidence on record.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit appended to the

present application, this present interim stay application stands allowed

and thus disposed of.
