The matter has been posted today on a request made by the Addl.

District & Sessions Judge, Court No.2, West Tripura, Agartala for extension of

time to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 18.03.2025 to

be read with the original judgment and order dated 11.02.2025. The issue is

about appointment of a valuer. Despite two attempts made by the learned Court,

no names have been suggested by the Jewellers Association of Agartala.

In the aforesaid circumstances, on being asked, learned counsel for

the appellants Mr. Anuj Singh has proposed the name of "Adroit Appraisers

and Research Private Limited (RVE Registration No.:IBBI/RV-E/01/2020/121),

Corporate Office: Office No.-703, Tower-C, ATS Bouquet, Sector-132, Noida,

Uttar Pradesh-201304".

Ms. Sonal Shah, learned counsel for the respondent, seeks short

time to take instructions on the suggested name.

As prayed for, list the matter tomorrow (09.04.2025).
