HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD _O_ R_ D_ E_ R_ 03.04.2025 This is an application filed under Order-XLI Rule-5 of the Civil Procedure Code to stay the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 27.11.2024 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.2, West Tripura, Agartala, in case No. T.S. (MAC) 12 of 2019.

Heard and perused the evidence on record. Interim stay is granted; subject to the condition that the applicant- appellant deposits 50% of the awarded amount with the Registry within one month from today, as per procedure and on such deposit, the claimants are at liberty to withdraw the same unconditionally, as per procedure.

In that view of the matter, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
