This present application has been filed for condoning a
delay of 132 days in preferring the connected appeal against the
Judgment dated 30.09.2024 passed in Case No.
Special(POCSO)10/2017.
Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
In view of the submission made at the Bar and the
averments made in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is of the
view that the reasons stated for condonation of delay is self
explanatory. Thus, the present application for condonation of delay
is hereby allowed and the delay stands condoned.
