The appellant-applicant has preferred this appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 10.09.2021 passed by the Learned

Member, MACT, South Tripura, Belonia in connection with Case

No.T.S.(MAC) No.24 of 2018 and along with this appeal an

application has been filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act for

condoning the delay of 815(eight hundred and fifteen) days in

preferring the appeal.

Heard Learned counsel for the applicant.
