appellant.

This is an application under Proviso to Section 173 of the Motor

Vehicles Act, 1988, for condoning the delay of 92(ninety two) days in

preferring the appeal challenging the impugned judgment and award

dated 09.10.2023 passed by the Learned Member, Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal, North Tripura, Dharmanagar in T.S.(MAC) 45 of

2019.

Notice be served upon the respondents.
