This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act

for condoning the delay of 164(one hundred and sixty four) days

in preferring the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition

Act, 1894 against judgment and award dated 28.07.2023 passed

by the Learned Court of Land Acquisition Judge, Sepahijala District

in Case No. Misc.L.A. 174 of 2014.

Heard both the sides.

No objection from the other side.

So, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

delay is condoned.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands disposed

of.
