Heard Mr. KK Pal, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

Mr. Pal, learned counsel submits that another appeal bearing No.

LA App. No.73/2023 is pending before this court which has also arisen

out of same notification and a common judgment was passed by the LA

Judge, South Tripura, Belonia and therefore both the cases may be

heard simultaneously.

Learned counsel also submits that the said appeal is now at the

stage of preparation of Paper Book.

Registry is directed to list both the appeals in usual course on the

same date, after preparation of Paper Book, if both the appeals are

found pending in this Bench.
