petitioner as well as Mr. S. Ghosh, Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the

State-respondent.

This is a Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397

read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated

13.12.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No.04 of 2023 by Learned

Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar affirming the order of

conviction and sentence dated 16.06.2023 passed by Learned Assistant

Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar in connection with Case

No.ST(T-2)16/2021 whereby the Learned Trial Court convicted and

sentenced the appellant-convict under Section 279/304A and 427 of IPC

read with Section 184 and Section 187 of M.V. Act.

The Criminal Revision Petition is admitted.

Since, Mr. S. Ghosh, Learned Addl. P.P. appears and waives

notice for the State-respondent, no formal notice is called for.

Registry be asked to prepare the paper book and

accordingly be served to Learned counsel for the parties as per
