The petitioner-appellant has preferred the appeal

challenging the judgment and award dated 08.06.2023 passed by

Learned MACT in connection with Case No.T.S.(MAC)22 of 2021. Along

with the memo of appeal, another application under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act was preferred for condoning delay of 208 days.

Issue notice upon the OP-respondents by normal process

and also by registered A/D post.

Notice is made returnable on 25.07.2024.

The applicant may take steps for serving of notice upon the

respondents within 7(seven) days from today.
