Heard Mr. R. Datta, learned counsel appearing for the appellant. This appeal has put the judgment dated 12.10.2023 passed by the learned District Judge, West Tripura, Agartala in Title Appeal No.25 of 2019 and the consequent decree thereof, under challenge.
Considered the submission and perused the records. This second appeal is admitted to be heard on merit on the following substantial question of law:
Whether for not making any discussion on the amendment of plaint as was allowed by the first appellate court on 21.07.2023 has rendered the decision of said first appellate court perverse?

The appellant shall take steps for service of notice on the respondents by registered post with A.D. within a week from today.
After receipts of the LCRs, the Registry is to prepare the paper book as per rules and thereafter, list this appeal in its usual course.
