passed in Case No.WP(C) No.491 of 2016 decided by this Hon'ble

High Court which is of similar subject matter involved in this

present writ petition is subjudice before the Hon'ble Supreme

Court.

In view of the same, this present writ petition is

adjourned sine die. Both parties are at liberty to move the Registry

once the Hon'ble Supreme Court decides the subject matter.
