The appellant-applicant has preferred an appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 16.01.2024 delivered by Learned

MAC Tribunal, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur in T.S.(MAC) No.19

of 2019. Along with the memo of appeal, another application is

filed for condoning the delay of 108 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Learned Counsel for the appellant-applicant.

main case.
