08.06.2023 passed by Learned Member, MACT, Khowai, Khowai

Tripura in connection Case No.T.S.(MAC)22 of 2021 be stayed

subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount by the appellant

to the Registry of this High Court within a period of 2(two) months

from today.

Registry be asked to supply the paper book to Learned

counsels. A copy of this order be communicated to Learned

counsel for the appellant, Insurance Company.

List the matter in its usual course.
