no appearance has been made on their behalf. However, Mr. D. C. Saha, learned counsel

appears for the LA Collector.

Mr. N. Majumder, learned counsel submits before this Court that the subject

matter involved in this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment dated 10.05.2023

delivered in The General Manager (Project) vs. Sri Manik Chandra Roy and Anr passed by

this court. The same may be applied to the present case in hand by enhancing the claim

amount that would be awarded to the present claimant-respondents. However, to meet

proper ends of justice, a last opportunity is given to the parties, list the matter on

08.08.2024.
