When the case is called, Mr. D. Debnath, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the subject-matter involved in the present appeal is covered by the judgment and order of this Court dated 26.07.2023 passed in LA App. No.22 of 2022 and the copy of the same has also been served upon the learned counsel for the respondents.
