Learned counsel Mr. M. Debnath is present for the appellant-

The appellant-applicant has preferred this appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 10.10.2023 passed by Learned LA

Judge, South Tripura, Sabroom in connection with case

No.Misc.(L.A.) 96 of 2022 and along with memo of appeal another

application under Order XLI Rule 3A(1) of Cr.P.C. has been filed

for condoning the delay of 145(one forty five) days in preferring

the appeal.

Learned DSGI Mr. B. Majumder appears for the respondent

No.2.

The applicant has served a copy of the memo of appeal to

Mr. B. Majumder, Learned DSGI appearing on behalf of the

respondent No.2.

Heard Learned counsel for the appellant-applicant.

the main appeal.

The appellant-applicant may take steps for service of notice
