This appeal has been filed under Chapter-VIII Rule-P(3) of the Tripura High Court Rules, 2023 read with Section-151 of CPC, 1908 for withdrawal of the awarded sum deposited by the deposited by the appellant- respondent pursuant to the judgment dated 21.02.2023.

In view of the requirement expressed in their affidavit, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the counsel for the applicant for need of money and accordingly, the same stands allowed giving entitlement to the applicant for withdrawal of the amount following the due process of law.

In view of above, the application stands allowed and disposed of.
