Let Crl.A(J) No.03 of 2023 be tagged along with Crl.A(J)

No.02 of 2023 as they both arise out of the common impugned judgment

dated 11.11.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Dhalai

Judicial District, Ambassa in case No. Special (NDPS) 29 of 2019. It

appears that 4(four) accused persons have been convicted by the same

judgment but these two appeals relate to two individual convicts. Learned

counsel for the parties are not able to apprise the Court as to whether any

other appeal by the other two convicts is pending before this Court.

Registry to find out as to whether the other two convicts namely

Prasanta Deb alias Jiban and Surendra Debbarma have preferred any appeal,

if so, let the same be tagged along with the instant appeals to be heard

analogously on the next date.

List the matters on 02.06.2023.
