Applicant-petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment in appeal
dated 09.01.2023 rendered by the learned Sessions Judge, Gomati District,
Udaipur in case No. Criminal Appeal 03 of 2022 whereby the conviction of
the applicant-petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
with a fine of Rs.2,40,000/- and default sentence rendered by the learned
Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Amarpur, Gomati District vide
judgment and order dated 10.12.2021 in N.I. 02 of 2017 has been affirmed.
Issue notice in the limitation matter (I.A. No.01/2023) upon the
respondent No.1 through ordinary process and registered cover with A/D,
for which requisites be filed within one week.
Mr. Ratan Datta, learned P.P. has already entered appearance
on behalf of respondent No.2-State.
Notice is made returnable on 21.06.2023.
