The petitioner in matrimonial suit No. T.S.(Divorce) 21 of 2020

is the appellant being aggrieved by the impugned judgment and decree dated

12.05.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Dharmanagar, North

Tripura whereby the suit for dissolution of marriage under Section 13(1)(ia)

of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been allowed but the learned Family

Court has directed the petitioner-husband to pay Rs.5,000/- as maintenance

to the wife. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner-husband is in appeal.

Issue notice on the respondent under ordinary process and

registered cover with A/D, for which requisites be filed within a week.

Notice is made returnable on 10.10.2023.
