The present application has been filed under Order-XXII Rule-4 read with Section-151 of the Civil Procedure Code for substitution of the legal heirs of late Subrata Datta, the respondent No.3 in the first appeal preferred against the judgment and decree dated 03.02.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.1, West Tripura, Agartala in T.S. No. 15 of 2018.

In view of the same and having gone through the averments made in the present application, the interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.

However, the applicant is at liberty to takeout persona notice upon the impleaded party respondent and file proof of service before the next date of hearing.
