It is seen from the record that LA.App 66 of 2023 is filed by the

ONGC-appellant against the claimant-respondent, Ali Ajgar and LA.App 86 of

2023 is filed by the claimant-appellant, Ali Ajgar against the ONGC-respondents.

As both the appeals have arisen out of common judgment & award

dated 01.12.2022 passed in LA(Ref) 59 of 2018, this court feels that both the

appeals need to be heard together.

Since Mr. T.K. Deb, learned counsel is appearing for the ONGC-

appellant in LA.App 66 of 2023, this court directs Mr. T.K. Deb, learned counsel

to accept notice on behalf of the ONGC-respondents in LA.App 86 of 2023 and

get ready with the matter.

List the matter on 28.08.2023. Meanwhile parties are to obtain

necessary papers from the registry as per procedure.
