The present application is filed by the appellant- ONGC under Chapter

VIII Rule P(3) of the High Court of Tripura Rules 2023 to record that fact in the

original appeal that the payment of the entire decreed amount with the interest has

been made by ONGC as per judgment of this Court dated 28.02.2023 in LA App.

No.08 of 2020(D/O).

Heard Mr. S. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-

applicant ONGC.

In terms of the order dated 28.02.2023 passed in LA App. 08 of 2020

which affirmed the judgment and decree passed by the Court below, payment of

Rs.01,08,64,815/- has been made by the appellant- applicant ONGC before the

Registrar General, High Court of Tripura, Agartala being the entire decreed amount

including interest through NEFT/ECS mode on 28.06.2023. The payment details have

been submitted by the applicant before this Court which is annexed with the instant

petition as Annexure-A.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to record the payment of the

entire decreed amount alongwith interest made by the ONGC as per procedure of

law.

With the above observation and direction, the present interlocutory

application stands allowed and thus disposed of.
