This present application has been filed under Chapter VIII

Rule P(2) of the Tripura High Court Rules for condoning the delay

of 279 days in filing the writ appeal against the judgment dated

05.01.2021 passed in WP(C)1363 of 2016.

Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the

accompanying affidavit appended along with this present

condonation application, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the

I.A. is allowed and thus disposed of.
