This instant revision petition has been filed under
Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code Criminal
Procedure, 1973 for quashing/setting aside the judgment
and order of conviction dated 10.05.2022 passed by the
learned Sessions Judge, Gomati District Udaipur, in case No.
Criminal Appeal No.05 of 2021 whereby and whereunder
the learned Sessions Judge had affirmed the judgment and
order of conviction dated 26.02.2021 passed in case
No.CR(N.I.)53 of 2019 by the learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Gomati District, Udaipur.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
In pursuance of the order of this Court dated
30.08.2022, the petitioner has already paid the 3(three)
installments i.e of 15th September 2022, 15th October 2022,
and 15th November 2022 @ Rs.64,000/- per month and the
remaining installments of 15th December 2022 and 15th
January 2023 are due. Learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner undertakes to pay the same on due dates.
Both sides have no objection if the present revision
petition is closed in view of the above undertaking.
Accordingly, the present revision petition is allowed and
thus disposed of.
Consequently, pending application if any also stands
disposed of.
