Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. appearing for the applicants have

at the outset submitted that the applicants have taken up a decision to carry out

the judgment and order dated 11.02.2022 delivered in WP(C)No.785 of 2021 for

certain administrative requirement and for that, they need some more time

beyond which has been stipulated by that order.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. has further submitted that even

though, there is no averments but the intention of compliance will be available

from the communication dated 28.04.2022 [Annexure-1 to this application] made

by the Director of Animal Resources Development, Government of Tripura. In the

said communication it has been clearly stated that in order to avoid any further

delay in implementation of the direction of the Hon'ble Court, your are hereby

requested to arrange to issue notification at the earliest, so that the Department

of ARD may comply with the order of Hon'ble High Court for appointment of the

petitioner under Die-in-Harness Scheme. But the said request was made to the

under Secretary to the GA(P&T) Department.

Be that as it may, the impression that has been created by the said

communication is that they have already taken steps for implementing the

judgment and order under reference.

Considering that aspects, the prayer for extension of time stands partly allowed.

The respondents shall complete the process of appointing the writ

petitioner namely Smt. Rinki Bardhan(Saha) by 30.06.2022.

No further extension of time will be made.

Mr. R. Nath, learned counsel has appeared for the writ petitioner-

respondent.

A copy of this order be supplied to the counsel for the parties.
