               In view of the said due-drawn statement (Appendix-1 to the

          judgment) the petitioner is entitled to get a sum of Rs.19,885/-.

          The respondents are directed to pay the said amount within three

months from today to the petitioner.

If the pension is required to be re-fixed, in view of the above

observation and direction, as it appears that it will be required as

the last pay will consequentially be changed, the respondents shall

redraw the last pay towards re-fixation of pension and other

retirement benefits. On re-fixation, if arrear of pension accrues

that shall be paid to the petitioner within the same period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ

petition stands allowed and disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The records as produced by Mr. D Sharma, learned Addi. GA

are returned.
