                                          ORDER

This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India

for setting aside the judgment dated 20.08.2021 passed by the Additional

District Judge, Sepahijala District, Bishalgarh in case No. Civil Misc. (PMP)

21 of 2014 and allow the claim statement of the petitioner.

[2] In the light of the order dated 26.03.2021passed in CRP 45 of

2020 by this court wherein the notification dated 24th July, 2018 has been

referred with regard to delegating all the matters pertaining to ONGC from

District Judge, West Tripura, to Additional District Judge, Sepahijala

District.

[3] In view of the same, this court finds that the order passed by

the court below is erroneous in view of notification dated 24.07.2018.

[4] Accordingly, the CRP is allowed. The impugned order dated

20.08.2021 is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the Additional

District Judge, Sepahijala District, Bishalgarh for deciding the matter on

merit and pass appropriate order at the earliest.
