Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners

has at the outset submitted that the petitioners will not press this petition and he

would file the appropriate action for execution of the judgment and order dated

20.06.2019 delivered in WP(C)No.196 of 2019.

In view of the above statement, this petition stands dismissed as not

pressed.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate

action at law for execution of the said judgment and order.
