Heard Mr. H.K. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the Cross-Objector. It is submitted by Mr. Bhowmik, learned counsel that defendant judgment debtor No.1 in case No. T.S. 01 of 2015 has filed RSA No.41 of 2022 against the impugned judgment in which, the Court has issued notice to the other side.

This cross objection (appeal) has been filed by the plaintiff decree-holder of T.S. 01 of 2015.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Steps be taken by the Cross-objector within a period of 05(five) days from today.

Since RSA No. 41 of 2022 has been listed on 6.01.2023, this matter shall also be listed on 06.01.2023 along with RSA No. 41 of 2022.
