Heard Mr. H. K. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the

applicants.

This application has been filed by the applicant who was the

respondent No.1 in LA APP No.71 of 2013 which was preferred by

the respondent No.1 herein. By the judgment and order dated

08.10.2015, the said appeal was dismissed. As the appeal was

dismissed, the respondent No.1 in the appeal deposited a sum of

Rs.2,92,534/- to satisfy the award in the Registry of this court.

In terms of a judicial order, it appears that the Registry

deposited the said sum in a fixed deposit in UCO Bank, High

Court Branch, Agartala and interest has therefore accrued on the

said amount.

Now, the referring-claimant-applicant has urged this court

to allow him withdraw the amount as deposited by the said

respondent No.1 with the accrued interest.

This court does not find any impediment to allow the

prayer. Accordingly, Registry is directed to disburse the amount

that has been deposited, with the interest that has accrued

thereupon, to the referring claimant-applicant following the

procedure.

In terms thereof, this application stands disposed of.
