Heard Mr. A. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners as well as Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel
assisted by Mr. S. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the
respondents.
Mr. Saha, learned counsel has handed up the memorandum
No.F.10(10)-REV/P.IV dated 04.10.2021. According to Mr. D.
Bhattacharya, learned G.A. this memorandum dated 04.10.2021
has been issued to fully comply the direction of this court and
there is no reason to read the para-3 of the said memorandum
dated 04.10.2021 differently from the direction as contained in
the judgment and order dated 15.01.2021 delivered in WP(C)
1329 of 2019.
In view of the above statement made by Mr. D.
Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel and on reading of the
memorandum dated 04.10.2021, this court does not find
anything remained to be decided upon.
Accordingly, this proceeding stands closed.
The notices as issued on the respondents are recalled.
A copy of the memorandum dated 04.10.2021 is made part
of the records of the present proceeding.
