                            ORDER

24.11.2021 This application has been filed seeking withdrawal of

the statutory deposit which was deposited by the appellant insurance

company for filing appeal before this Court. Said appeal of the

insurance company was registered as MAC App. No.85 of 2017

which was decided by this Court by judgment and order dated

19.09.2019.

Mr.K.De, counsel appearing for the insurance company

submits that the whole award has been paid by the insurance

company in terms of said order of this Court in MAC Appl.85 of

2017 and the amount of compensation has already been disbursed in

favour of the claimant. Counsel therefore, urges the Court to allow

the appellant insurance company to withdraw the amount of statutory

deposit.

Petition stands allowed.

The statutory deposit of a sum of Rs.25,000/- made by

the appellant insurance company be disbursed in its favour by

transferring the same to the account of the said appellant insurance

company on furnishing an indemnity bond of Rs.25,000/-

indemnifying any future claim within 4 weeks.

IA is disposed of.
