Heard Mr. S Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner.

This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act,

1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiating a

contempt proceeding against the respondents for showing willful disobedience

to the direction of this court as contained in the judgment and order dated

15.01.2021 delivered in WP (C) No. 761/2018.

Issue notice calling upon the respondents to show cause as to

why rule should not be issued, as prayed for; and/or why such further and

other order(s) should not be passed as to this Court may deem fit and proper.

Notice is made returnable on 07.01.2022.

However, the petitioner shall take steps for service of notice on

the respondents, by registered post with A/D, within a week from today

following the rules.

The respondents shall file their reply by the returnable date.

Failing to file the reply by the returnable date, may pursue this

court asking their appearance-in-person to explain the way they failed to

comply the judgment and order.
