This is an application filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. for granting special leave to appeal against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 13.03.2020 passed by the learned CJM, North Tripura, Dharmanagar in case No. C.R. (IPC) 02 of 2018.

Heard Ms. R. Purkayastha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S. Debnath, learned Additional PP for the respondent.

I have gone through the contentions made by the petitioner in the instant petition which are satisfactory.
