After some discussion at the Bar, learned counsel for the appellants sought permission to withdraw the writ petitions since the petitioners would like to make representations to the Government.
Permission to withdraw the petitions granted. In the result, the impugned common judgment of the learned Single Judge does not survive. It is, therefore, not necessary to decide these appeals on merits.
All appeals disposed of accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
