At the request of Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. appearing for the

state-respondents, list the matter on 09.03.2021.

Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. shall take instruction in writing from

the state-respondents whether after the judgment dated 26.02.2016 delivered in a

batch of writ petitions, one of such writ petition is WP(C)No.172 of 2015, there were

any recruitment in the post of Assistant Professor and if such recruitment has been

made, the necessary papers be placed before this court.

Mr. R. Datta, learned counsel appearing for the TPSC-respondent has

stated that after the said judgment, some posts posts of Assistant Professor in

Mathematics have been filled up by due selection process.

A copy of this order be supplied to Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. in

the course of the day.
