20/07/2021 At the request of Mr. R. Dasgupta, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner, list this matter on 26.07.2021.

Mr. Dasgupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

has made a very serious allegation that out of the same award

against the same plot, one Sachirani Debbarma being the

owner of the said land was given the award.

In respect of that decision of giving the award to the land

owner, the petitioner filed another revision petition (under

Article 227 of the Constitution of India) and this court having

considered the controversy, has remanded the matter back to

the court of the Addl. District Judge, Sepahijala, Bishalgarh. But

a copy of that order has not been enclosed with the present

petition. The said order absolutely relevant for purpose of prima

facie assessment in respect of maintainability of the petition,

filed under Section 10 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition etc.), Act, 1962 by the respondents No.1 and 2.

By the next date, the said judgment passed by this court

be produced.
