This appeal is filed by the State Government to challenge the

judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 18.12.2019. By this judgment

the learned Judge had disposed of a group of writ petitions. The State

Government had challenged the said judgment by filing various writ

appeals including the present one. The other appeals being Writ Appeal

No.35 of 2021 and connected appeals came to be dismissed by a common

judgment dated 30.03.2021. Present appeal could not be covered under

the said judgment since one of the respondents had expired and it was

therefore necessary to bring legal heirs on record. Now the appeal is

ready for disposal. Issues being identical without recording separate

reasons in terms of the judgment dated 30.03.2021 in Writ Appeal No.35

of 2021 and connected appeals this appeal is also dismissed. Pending

application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
