Learned advocate, Mr. P Roy Barman, waived rule on behalf of the respondent.
Writ petition is already admitted. Pending such petition and till final disposal thereof, it is provided that if the impugned judgment of the Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT) is not yet implemented, the same shall not be implemented. However, if by virtue of the said judgment the pay of the respondent-original petitioner has been stepped up as directed by the Tribunal, the same shall not be disturbed but shall be subject to outcome of the petition.
Interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
