Heard Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC appearing for the applicants as well as Mr. K. Nath, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

This is an application for staying the operation of the order dated 09.01.2020 delivered in W.P.(C) No.867 of 2019 which has been challenged in the connected appeal being W.A. No.235 of 2020. The said appeal is admitted to be heard on merit.

In view of that and view that there is a prima-facie case, the further operation of the judgment and order dated 09.12.2020 delivered in W.P.(C) No.867 of 2019 may be stayed.

Accordingly, the order dated 09.12.2020 delivered in W.P.(C) No.867 of 2019 is stayed till disposal of the connected appeal.

In terms of the above, this application stands allowed and disposed of.
