Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. has apprised this court

that the judgment which has been relied by the petitioner has

been challenged by the respondents by filing a writ appeal.

Be that as it may, as of now there is no stay order.

But for providing fair opportunity for obtaining the stay, let

the matter be listed on 17.01.2022.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. shall apprise the update of

the appeal on that day.
