20.08.2021 [1] Heard Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC appearing for the

appellant. Heard Mr.S.Lodh, learned counsel appearing for the

original claimant respondent. Also heard Mr.S.Bhattacharjee,

learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

[2] It is submitted by Mr.Majumder, learned CGC that the

whole amount awarded by the Tribunal has been deposited along

with accrued interest to the Tribunal in terms of the order dated

06.08.2021 passed by this court. Tribunal is directed to retain the

amount in their account till further order.
