Heard Mr. Soma Ravi Kiran Reddy, learned counsel for the

petitioner, and Mr. H. Rakesh Kumar, learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents.

2. The petitioner claims to be pattadar and possessor of the land

admeasuring Acs.2-00 guntas in Survey No.215/A1/1 situated at

Wardhamanu Kota Village, Nagaram Mandal, Suryapet District, on

the strength of e-pattadar pass book bearing No.T29160083718.

Petitioner submitted F-Line application bearing

No.DER022601250352 dated 21.01.2026 for getting his land

surveyed and boundaries demarcated. As respondent authorities

were not processing the petitioner's application, he is constrained

to approach this Court.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

submitted that respondent authorities would consider the F-Line

application of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Revenue, without entering into the merits

of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent

Nos.6 and 7 to consider the F-Line application of the petitioner

bearing No.DER022601250352 dated 21.01.2026 for conducting

survey and demarcation in respect of the land admeasuring

Acs.2-00 guntas in Survey No.215/A1/1 situated at Wardhamanu

Kota Village, Nagaram Mandal, Suryapet District, by issuing

notice to the petitioner, adjoining land owners and all other

concerned/interested persons, by affording an opportunity of

hearing to them, within a period of forty five (45) days from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to

costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any,

pending in the writ petition stand closed.
