ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

"...to issue a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of Respondents particularly Respondent No.2 in issuing proceedings in RC.noA2/11333/2025, dated 30.08.2025, the action of the 3rd Respondent in issuing proceedings in Lr. /SLNST/2026-1, dated 14.01.2026 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same as unsustainable in the eyes of law and consequently forbear the Respondents from interfering with the affairs of the Petitioner temple and pass such other order or orders..."

2. Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
