ORDER:

Heard Sri P. Giri Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner. In spite of

service of notice, none appeared and there is no representation for the

respondents. Perused the entire record.

2. This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.110

of 2024 pending on the file of the District Family Judge at Nizamabad to the

District Court at Siricilla.

3. Since there are catena of judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court to

consider the convenience of wife while transferring matters arising out of

matrimonial disputes, keeping in view of the convenience of the petitioner

herein, the relief prayed for is granted.

4. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the

F.C.O.P.No.110 of 2024 pending on the file of the District Family Judge at

Nizamabad is withdrawn and transferred to the District Court at Siricilla. The

entire original record shall be transmitted within a period of one month. There

shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this

appeal, shall stand closed.
