O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
"...to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ. order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, to declare the in action of the 2nd respondent to 6th respondents herein, neither registering crime nor arresting the accused, pursuant to petitioner cognizable complaint made on 08-05-2018, with acknowledgement due as per the Apex Court Judgment held in Lalitha kumari Case, as illegal. arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities herein, forthwith register the criminal case and arrest the accused, i.e., 7th unofficial respondent to 11th unofficial respondents herein, pursuant to the petitioner cognizable complaint on 08-05-2018, and to pass....."
2. Heard Mr. Kandula Naresh, learned counsel representing
Mr. G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and
Mr. D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home
appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 6.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of
action in the present writ petition no longer survives for
adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition
as infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader raises no objection
to the said submission.
5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ
petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to
costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
